A teacher told one of the student to fill the jar.He filled it in this way.

LOOK THE JAR DON'T ACCOMODATED THE WHOLE. PEBBLES ARE OVER FLOWING.

When the teacher asked other student to fill the jar,he filled in this way

NOTE HERE THAT WHOLE PEBBLES AND SAND GET INTO THE JAR.
