One of the most common is -
Do we need to read Physical Chemistry NCERT ?
I have got a solution to make your preparation times much easier. (Read till last)
Physical Chemistry is mostly taught from Module perspective and many students make NOTES of it. Do as you are comfortable but most of NEET aspirants (including me in 2020) are confused about it's NCERT portion.
I personally did read the entire Physical Chemistry NCERT (but left NCERT exercises at back as it's a complete time waste according to me). It had wasted much of my time. Physical Chemistry NCERT is not so important but I needed to read it so as to not miss *any important information* which coaching modules ignore. Yes ! Some portion of NCERT is missing in Coaching Modules.
So I read it whole and marked underlines so as next time I pick the book - I am supposed to read ONLY the underlined portions.
Now question comes - What to underline ?
You might be thinking that for the above mentioned purpose you also need to go through the entire NCERT book (of 11th Physical Chemistry) just like me. That's the way you can identify important things to underline - BUT BUT BUT…… Don't worry ! You needn't do that now !
I am attaching my personal NCERT underlined portions of Physical Chemistry (11th only).
Whole NCERT Underlined is available in website. Go to NEET Guidance section and look for it.
By this way, then you needn't read entire NCERT of Physical Chemistry and you will be directly knowing important lines and skip unwanted big text portions and save a lot of time.

I have also mentioned “page numbers” in case your NCERT is newly published and has some little changes.
