e.g. A student must study atleat 25%of whole time(6hrs),that's his work and A teacher must teach,that's his job.

The commitment should bring purpose,value, and principle,where substainability is embedded.
e.g. Waking up early,doing exercises everyday or eating balanced food.
3.
Such things get the day off to great and positive start.It keeps our whole day organised and ensure fitness and energy for living quality life.
